JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all Customer File Maintenance, maintaining customer account files, department reporting and providing administrative support to the Credit Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze current credit data of individuals or companies to determine degree of risk involved in extending credit. Once credit is extended, monitor all assigned accounts for prompt payment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience with emphasis on Collections

Skills:

• Must be able to analyze data and draw logical conclusions and recommendations for the data
  Quick and accurate 10-key skills
• Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Ability to multi-task
• Must work well with other departments
• Enthusiastic team player interested in positive company
