Top Credit Executive leads the overall credit function. Being a Top Credit Executive ensures that research of credit worthiness is effective and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. May lead a loan review or other internal committee that has oversight on credit policy. Additionally, Top Credit Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Credit Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Associate Executive Specialist - Corporate Credit

  • About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to join the Corporate Credit Risk Team.


    In this role, you will:

    • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports

    • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
      Support projects

    • Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning

    • Act as information source on group and company policies

    • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function

    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    • Interact with external customers


    Required Qualifications, US:

    • 6 months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

    • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations

    • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

    • Ability to schedule and plan meetings, events, and travel arrangements

    • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

    • Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner

    • Demonstrated ability to identify/anticipate problems and take initiative to independently solve

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

    • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

    • Knowledge in Pivot Tables

    • Proficient in drafting and proof-reading written documents utilizing proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling

    • Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in grammar and a sharp focus on eliminating errors


    Job Expectations:

    • Ability to work at location of 401 S. Tryon St. Charlotte, NC at least 4 days a week
