The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience in B2B sales to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. We are seeking professionals with experience selling services with a focus on those with experience selling to commercial real estate and private equity offices. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Identify and target corporate clients in need of entity management and corporate services solutions.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business leads and opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' unique needs, pain points, and goals to provide corporate services and entity management solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our comprehensive solution which includes corporate services with software serving as the backbone.
Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate client feedback into product enhancements.
3. Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to address clients' challenges.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to drive sales success.
Share market insights and customer feedback to improve our software and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling software solutions to corporate clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and entity management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
