The minimum base salary for this position is $58,000 and the maximum is $63,000, plus additional annual profit-sharing bonus potential. Salary may vary based on education, knowledge and experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in high-level legal functions and will be responsible for assisting the Contracts Manager.  Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Review contracts for conformity to company rates, rules and regulations and insurance requirements.
• Recommend modifications.
• Prepare, interpret and verify contracts and associated paperwork to be signed.
• Monitor existing contracts to ensure timely renewals.
• Assist Contracts Manager with various contractual tasks.
• Proofread various legal documents.
• Filing contracts and updating system.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Administration tasks such as processing mail and telephone calls.
