Top Consumer Credit Manager plans and directs all aspects of an organization's consumer credit activities. Manages and leads the consumer credit underwriting function for a central processing unit. Additionally, Top Consumer Credit Manager typically reports to top management. The Top Consumer Credit Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Top Consumer Credit Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. The Bank of Tioga, an affiliate of TS Banking Group, is hiring a Consumer Credit Relationship Manager. This role originates, underwrites and closes secured and unsecured consumer loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies and procedures; establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, by performing the following duties. If employee performs duties and activities that qualify them as a Mortgage Loan Originator, they will be required to meet all requirements to comply with the SAFE Act.
Education and/or experience preferred includes: Associate's degree in the field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics; or three to five years related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
