Position: Quality Foreman/Superintendent
Location: Greater Phoenix Area

Responsibilities:

• Oversee metal framing and drywall projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
• Lead and motivate teams of skilled workers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to address any project issues or changes effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal framing and drywall construction, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, make quick decisions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
