Monitors trends, provides recommendations, and suggests initiatives.     Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides. 10 years of experience working with ERISA, the IRC, qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans and executive compensation preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    • Experience with qualified retirement plans required.
    • Experience with welfare plans required.
    • Experience with nonqualified plans and execution compensation required.
    • ESOP experience, particularly ESOP transaction experience preferred.
    • Book of business a plus, but not required.
