Job description
As an operations professional the Executive Director (ED) will be a part of a team that cares for and supports the residents of our community. The ED is responsible for the management of the community’s staffing, budget, and occupancy for both Assisted Living and Memory Care Responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the community – implementing effective and efficient initiatives that demonstrate compliance with current Federal, State, and Local regulations and ensuring the highest degree of quality care. Other tasks (not an all-inclusive list) include: • Develops methods for delivering exceptional resident care in accordance with established operational standards. • Conducts and administers fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting. • Supervises, schedules, evaluates, hires, trains, and disciplines all community staff. • Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing annual business plans that achieve the financial goals and high occupancy through marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS: • Licensed Executive Director, as required by state regulations • Memory care experience highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred
