Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Proposal Managers
Proposal Managers play a crucial role in coordinating and generating responses for various types of proposals, such as RFIs, PPQs, ITTs, RFPs, and more. They are responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the proposal process by introducing and implementing necessary procedures and governance.
Proposal Writers
LSI’s Proposal Writer is responsible for writing compliant, and compelling proposal responses to commercial and federal solicitation requirements. The Proposal Writer will work closely with the Capture Manager, Proposal Managers, Volume Leads, SMEs, and functional departments as necessary.
Grant Writers
The grant writer is responsible for creating a variety of high-quality content for our company and clients. This position may require research and writing for various projects for grants, proposals, and private funding opportunities. They will prepare proposals by determining concept, gathering, and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
