Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. We’re looking for highly motivated, energetic self-starters with unparalleled interpersonal skills who will have the ability to progress in their careers. We will teach you to be amazing in sales and provide you with the tools to promote to an AE job. You will work in both inbound and outbound SDR roles. Inbound is focused on scheduling meetings with marketing leads, and outbound is more focused on prospecting and doing outreach in a specific territory where you work along a territory AE and pod. We will also teach you to demo our product as we ramp you into the outbound role. You'll work in our Austin sales hub alongside talented sales leaders who have done it before: Joe Rohrlich and Matt Schurk.
