Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Position Summary
The Associate Executive Director of Youth Development & Education is responsible for all aspects of youth development, including recruitment of new participants and staff, retention, curriculum, education partnerships, and outcomes. The director develops and implements effective procedures and implements all board policies. The director develops strategies to achieve strategic goals. Additionally, this position leads a culture of excellence and plays a key role in advancing the Y mission and cause within the staff culture and the community. The Director also builds the community’s understanding of the Y’s cause and impact.
