Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Executive Assistant - Community Development
Harris County, Georgia, population 36,000 and located in west central Georgia along the Alabama border 60 minutes southwest of Atlanta, 30 minutes north of Columbus, and home to Callaway Resort and Gardens and FDR State Park, is accepting applications for a full-time Executive Assistant to coordinate administrative support for department operations.
This position has direct supervision over assigned personnel within an area, department, or unit. Direct supervision typically involves the ability to manage schedules, performance, and the interpersonal issues of other employees. It may involve the ability to recommend changes to work priorities or strategies within an area, department, or unit.
Minimum qualifications include a two-year degree and at least four years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work.
The starting $18.58 per hour, plus generous benefits including and a five-year vesting schedule for retirement.
