Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 
    • Managing and updating the Hilltop website and social media channels 
    • Manage community outreach and development 
    • Creation of annual marketing and community development plan.  
    • Creating graphics and copy for all social media platforms and events 
    • Developing and implementing effective radio and digital ad campaigns 
    • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and creating reports 
    • Planning and coordinating events from start to finish 
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with sponsors and managing sponsorships 
    • Building strong community relationships and partnerships 
    • Conducting fundraising initiatives and campaigns 
    • Managing communication with stakeholders and partners 
    • Developing and managing marketing budgets 
    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
    • Experience in graphic design and event planning 
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques 
    • Experience in managing sponsorships and building partnerships 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to manage budgets and conduct fundraising initiatives 
    • Strong project management and organizational skills 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 
    • Experience in the non-profit space useful but not required
