Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and possess strong organizational abilities. Duties: - Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Take minutes during meetings and distribute to relevant parties - Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries - Maintain confidential files and records - Assist with special projects as assigned Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry - Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to transcribe accurately from audio recordings - Experience with Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling software - Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment Requirements: - Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
