Sales Executive for Socorro, NM

Job Summary

We are customer-centric organization looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to secure new business and provide after-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market’s potential.
• Present, promote and sell WNM Communications’ services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and customer visits.
• Manage sales process through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring a 30/60/90-day funnel of business for consistent revenue production.
• Coordinate sales efforts, installations, and customer issues with the proper department, maximizing the customer experience.
• Achieve agreed upon sales goals and outcomes within schedule.
• Establish visibility within the community to include attendance and engagement at various community events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Highly motivated and goal oriented with proven experience as a Sales Executive.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communications skills with the ability to close deals.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Requires a valid state drivers’ license with satisfactory driving record.

Hours

• Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility.
• Evening and weekend community events as required.

Salary

• Base salary plus commission per sale. Performance based.
• Company paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance plan.
• Excellent retirement plan. Eligibility available after one year of service

Physical Requirements

• Must pass drug, alcohol and background checks prior to employment.
• Subject to 90-day orientation trial review.
