    Qualifications

    • Must live within 3 hours of Lincoln, NE or be willing to relocate to the area. Relocation Assistance may be available.
    • Valid driver's license
    • Must have minimum 1 year of tower rigging experience
    • Ability to read blueprints
    • Ability to travel across the country for 3 weeks at a time
    • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
    • Self Motivated and ability to problem solve in the field
    • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
    • Use of PIM gear, SWEEP gear, Fiber Test gear, Climbing gear, Capstan Hoist, Rigging, Load ropes
    • Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
    • Ability to climb towers up to 2,000 ft while carrying up to 40 lbs of safety gear and tools.

    Responsibilities

    • Train and mentor tower climbers in safe working and best practices
    • assist the job foreman in all tasks relating to the job.
    • lead by example and facilitate timely job completion
    • Instruct and follow all OSHA and Company Safety procedures

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
