Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and phone systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
