WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Executing a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability along with building long-term customer loyalty.
- Leveraging market data and resources to target and prospect customers to uncover needs for solution selling.
- Answering technical and business questions and offering solutions to issues that may arise during a sales cycle.
- Providing consultative recommendations to clients, as well as the cost to implement them.
- Forecasting sales and developing “out of the box” sales strategies.
- Managing quotes and funnels on a monthly basis to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Preparing complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
- Familiarizing self with competitors' products to sell against them.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:- 3 years sales experience in business-to-business security system solution selling.
- Proven sales proficiency to exceed goals and build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Previous experience with CRM.
- Possess superior forecasting skills with the ability to be accountable to forecast and pipeline management objectives.
- Possess ability to explain product features and benefits.
- Possess intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Possess exceptional time management skills and ability to focus on what matters.
- Experience with government entities and PD/FD/EMS, preferred.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
