JOB DESCRIPTION:
We seek an experienced real estate professional to team with commercial leasing and brokerage professionals in marketing properties and business development and client management services. This person will serve as point-of-contact with owners, brokers, agents, and vendors, providing services in the execution of commercial lease and sales contracts. High energy, ability to multi-task, and confidence in communicating with executive-level contacts in our firm’s client base are critical for this role.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to, the following activities)
· Assist in contract administration, including tracking, closing, and budgeting for land and sales transactions.
· Schedule closing dates and secure public information about a property.
· Assist in compiling property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
· Work with Research Division to secure needed information.
· Assist in the preparation of marketing reports & leasing/sales activities.
· Coordinate marketing programs for brokerage team with our in-house Marketing & Research. Departments using proprietary and internet technologies.
· Ability to follow multiple timelines and manage closings.
· Assist Marketing Division in maintaining and updating team websites, including adding latest content as required.
· Coordinate with Marketing Division to regularly disseminate property marketing via flyers, e-blasts, and postcards.
· Work with Marketing Division on team marketing through traditional and social media channels.
· Managing the team’s CRM and property database.
· Prepare RFPs, Proposals, LOIs, and land documents.
· Prepare and revise land and sale contracts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Business degree or equivalent experience
· Must have a TREC real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
· Must have a keen understanding of the commercial real estate industry
· Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral & written
· Ability to interface with clients and work in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat).
· The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects.
· Also, be high-energy, self-disciplined, driven, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing and communicate with co-workers and clients professionally and courteously.
