We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Advisor to work with our Orlando brokerage team. This role will be part of our Advanced Broker Candidate program that seeks to nurture and advance individuals eager to embark on a career in commercial real estate. New Advisors will be mentored by established advisors within our Orlando office. The program facilitates a collaborative environment where participants will gain real-world experience through direct involvement in projects and property deals. By the end of their journey, candidates will have sharpened their critical thinking skills, preparing them with the necessary expertise and insights to seamlessly transition into an advisory role in the field.

Role Responsibilities:

• Building and managing prospects list tailored to our leasing assignments.
• Maintaining and managing organized records in our CRM.
• Tracking prospects and lead progress, collecting financial information for due diligence, and touring prospecting tenants.
• Producing leasing efforts reports for landlords and contributing to weekly team meetings.
• Preparing comprehensive market analysis including detailed mapping, demographic results, and traffic count analysis to support the team.

Education and Experience:

• Must possess an active Florida Real Estate License.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate industry experience.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, reflecting the drive and innovation we value.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to joint objectives.
• Capable of presenting information confidently to senior management.
