The position of Recovery Specialist is responsible for the negotiation and resolution of uninsured claims resulting from auto and/or property accidents. This position will carry a workload of multiple claims at any given time. This position is expected to maintain a minimum of standards set by the department management team including, but not limited to:

• Negotiate resolution of uninsured auto/property damage claim balances with responsible parties.

• Ability to learn collection system.

• Participates in or assists in training new or less experienced employees and demonstrating work processes for shared success.

• Must understand the importance of Compliance and meet all standards for State and Federal regulations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
