Top Collections Executive develops overall corporate policies regarding collections of overdue/delinquent accounts. Ensures all collections policies are followed. Being a Top Collections Executive monitors collections activities and provides recommendations for improvement. May work with legal counsel or outside collections agencies to handle overdue accounts. Additionally, Top Collections Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Collections Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. **Salary will be determined depending on qualifications of candidates who exceed the minimum requirements as outlined within the job description. Qualified candidates can expect to start at $18.00/hr.
**Additional compensation based on licensure.
Must have the ability to be trained in the operation of heavy equipment including, backhoe, ditch-witch, front-end loader, and other similar equipment.
Must have the ability to operate small gas powered equipment such as a gas mower, tractor or other similar equipment.
Must have the ability to read blue prints and maps.
Must have normal color vision and hearing.
Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly; both orally and in writing.
All employees must attend Seminole County Required Trainings.
Department Specific trainings per position may be required.
