Job Description

• Reviews the status of delinquent accounts and initiates collection action as appropriate
• Posting payments to accurate accounts
• Initiates phone calls to outstanding clients
• Prepare and send customer statements
• Resolves collections by reviewing customer payment plans, payment history

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus in accounting or business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B Collections
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUPS/pivot tables required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
