Job Description:
We need a motivated Collections Representative who can handle a high call volume, negotiate payoffs, and update customer data accurately. You should have strong negotiation skills and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls, inbound calls, negotiate payoffs, and update customer data. Follow federal and state regulatory guidelines Provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to meet collection targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Collections Representative. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle high stress situations. Familiar with regulatory guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to candidates that are bi-lingual (Spanish).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
