Title: Japanese Bilingual Intermediate Administrative Assistant

Location: Houston TX

Salary: 56-65K 6% bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of previous experience.
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating calendars
• Familiarity with travel booking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Native level Japanese language skills required

JOB DUTIES:

• Managing calendar/schedule and coordinating meetings, booking business trips and making arrangement of any appointments
• Assisting to manage daily activities
• Managing reimbursements of expenses
• Support filing documents
• Perform a high-level of assistance for any requests
