**Job Description:**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing a top-notch customer experience, educating customers about various cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet all customers warmly and ascertain their purpose of visit or needs.
2. Provide customers with information about different types of cannabis products, uses, effects, and methods of consumption.
3. Handle cash transactions with customers using point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure all prices and quantities are accurate.
4. Adhere strictly to compliance with state and local laws and regulations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Check identification to verify legal age requirements for purchases.
7. Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
**Qualifications:**
1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

6. Must be able to obtain and retain a state-issued Marijuana Worker Permit (CCD) badge.
