Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support for Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair
• Maintaining agendas and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Ensure meeting items are followed up on
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
• Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence
• Assisting with Board travel and logistics
• Prepare expense reports
• Assisting with Board reports and communications
• Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Assisting with Shareholder meetings and communications
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience combined

· Five or more years of experience working as Executive Assistant or similar position

· Experience with Alaska Native Corporations – preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work with CEO, Corporation leadership, other employees and external entities in a professional, respectful and collaborative manner
• Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships and contribute to a positive working environment
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Robert’s Rules of Order
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
• Compliance with all employee policies
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software and other applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
