Job Summary:

MMJ Health is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The executive assistant provides administrative support to executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general office tasks. This role assists in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities for the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Manage executive emails and correspondence
• Support the CEO on personal and business administration tasks as needed
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations to senior management
• Assist in organizing meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Handle basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
• Assist management in managing general HR functions such as insurance enrollment and 401k enrollment
• Assist in special projects or tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
