The Human Resources Information System Analyst will join a community based hospital that provides care to more than 15,000 inpatient and nearly 200,000 outpatient visits annually. This center offers a wide variety of specialized medical and surgical services including behavioral health, cardiology, emergency and critical care, oncology, perioperative, birthing services, and much more.

    Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Information System Analyst will lead the professional and technical support of all human resources systems throughout the organization. Daily responsibilities for the Human Resources Information System Analyst include serving as the key point of contact between information tech services staff and vendors, researching and analyzing reports, summarizing data and making recommendations to the human resources department, and providing direction in regards to all human resources information systems.

    Requirements Include:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Progressive experience in human resources
    • Extensive knowledge of human resources information systems
