Clinical Business Intelligence Analyst Details

Essential Job Duties:

• Assists with SMS application installation and maintenance, training hospital staff, and addressing user requests.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, coordinates with vendors, and contributes to system testing.
• Maintains system database, specific files, and documentation while upholding confidentiality and corporate compliance.
• Demonstrates independent judgment, adheres to hospital policies, and promotes positive guest relations through courteous and attentive behavior.
• Participates in education programs and displays professionalism in appearance and conduct.

Top of Form

Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience, SMS preferred
• Knowledge of system architecture
• May be on call 24 hours
