We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping Clerk to join our team.

This is a temporary-to-hire, full-time position. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our shipping and warehouse processes.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM (with a 40-minute unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities:

• Acquaint yourself with our shipping and warehouse operation processes.
• Process product orders using the FIFO method through our ERP system.
• Maintain organization and control over shipping documents and Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in regular stock audits.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis. Able to use ERP is a big plus.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and interdepartmental communication.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently after initial training.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment.
• MUST SPEAK MANDARIN OR CANTONESE
