What you’ll get to do in this role:
Triage and resolve help desk tickets.
Answer help desk calls and create corresponding tickets.
Responsible for solving general networking issues such as phone, workstation, network printing, and wireless services.
Provides end user support and training for hardware, software, and services to local and remote staff.
Participates in testing, implementation, and support of new hardware, software, and services into production.
Participates in completing technical documentation according to the IS department requirements consistent with its methodology.
Responsible for ensuring each reported problem is resolved in a timely manner, tracked according to standards, and escalated as appropriate.
Communicates problem resolution and additional information to end users, project team and IS support groups.
Support user’s technology and general computer use for over 400 user workstations, printers, applications, and mobile phones.
Part of a team that is responsible for HIPPA Compliance as it relates to Computer Systems Information.
Helps coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
Responds to security incidents and performs security audits as needed.
Assigns computer access to users as needed.
Must be able to work independently to meet and maintain an acceptable standard of performance.
