For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: experience providing dedicated executive assistant support to senior level leadership using administrative methodologies, time management, information control, automated processes and reporting.

    Education

    GG-11 Substitution of Education for Experience: Three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree may be substituted to meet the qualifying experience requirement.     There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experienceat the GG-12 grade level.

    To be creditable, education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university. You must report only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions that are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education .
