As a Cost Accountant, you will play a critical role in analyzing and managing the financial aspects of our organization’s operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Analysis:
• Analyze production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct cost variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and report on cost trends over time.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budgetary performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify areas of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3. Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and valuations.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.

4. Cost Control:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
