About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role

• Manage the executive’s calendar by scheduling meetings, identifying appointment conflicts, and tracking participant response.
• Prepare agendas and attend meetings as requested; maintain minutes and follow up on action items.
• Arrange executive travel; be aware of and support last-minute issues with transport, lodging, and other accommodations.
• Act as a liaison and coordinate effectively with the executive leadership team, administrative staff, HR, Finance, and all other Verisk team members.
• Review and submit expense reports, and ensure appropriate documentation is provided.
• Prepare for and support the onsite hosting of corporate visitors and clients.
• Collaborate with the administrative assistant team, and cross-functionally as needed, to support and facilitate various company events.
• Assist with the creation of reports and presentations and exercise appropriate discretion related to sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Complete other tasks, projects, and duties as assigned and needed.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

About You and How You Can Excel in This Role

• 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Proficient at prioritizing daily tasks and ongoing responsibilities while adapting to changing needs.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Professionalism under high stress and ability to meet pressing deadlines.
• Proven experience balancing independent work and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exercised expertise in Microsoft software suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
