Additionally, Top Claims Litigation Executive consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Must be admitted into the state bar. Acts as Attorney of Record. Smith Haughey is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation team in our Muskegon, MI office. The associate attorney should have one to three years of experience. Qualified candidates must have experience in litigation, motions and depositions, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence. Experience in business transactions and real estate matters is a plus.
