Our client, a national law firm and leader in litigation and advisory services, is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join their Boston, Massachusetts office. The ideal candidate will have both general litigation experience and an experience with basic business and real estate transactions, and documents utilized for such transactions, such as limited liability company ownership and operating agreements, loan, mortgage, and equity documents.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in overseeing a portfolio of real estate ownership and documents associated therewith.
• Represent clients on calls, conferences, agency proceedings, and in court actions.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist at trial as appropriate for your level of experience.
• Support client development and marketing efforts working with partners.

What You’ll Need:

• 3 to 8 years of experience.
• Bar admission in the State of Massachusetts
• Juris doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• Organizational skills to manage portfolio documents and a varied caseload.
• Strong writing skills to communicate effectively to the court, clients, and opposing counsel.
