As a Business Development Executive (BDE) you will focus on building relationships with prospects and converting them to clients. Candidates should be comfortable opening doors with key stakeholders within large enterprise-level organizations.
Utilize market research to identify and foster potential clients, thereby expanding 1904lab's market reach through targeted client engagement.
Generate leads to fulfill pipeline objectives, independently
Obtain direct contact and nurture relationships with decision-makers
Work closely with the marketing team to create custom prospect campaigns.
Leverage internal CRM, HubSpot, to create or maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Work with clients to understand their buying process and timeline and successfully manage the process.
Often will be assisting multiple stakeholders move through the buying journey, creating internal alignment along the way.
Working closely with our Delivery organization to develop, create and execute strategic account plans.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry selling
Experience cultivating meaningful relationships with Sr. Directors through C-Level executives through conventional and creative mediums (phone, email, social media, local associations, etc)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm.
Desire to work both independently and as an active member of a team.
Strong computer skills, including Google Suite for Business experience, preferred
