We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team that has expert knowledge in general maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate should have good work ethics, be able to work under pressure. It is an older property and needs some tlc. But with the right team I believe that is totally possible.
