JOB SUMMARY:
 

FCB Banks is looking for talented, hardworking, energetic professionals to join our growing team in both customer facing and customer support positions. We are a locally owned community bank offering a broad range of products and services delivered with great customer service.

A Cash Management Specialist coordinates the daily operations of cash management products, monitors delivery systems and handles client contacts with respect to operational matters.  They are accountable for coordinating, controlling, planning and posting appropriate entries for accurate accounting and directing the activities associated with wire transfers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 

1. Ensure proper set up of cash management products for customers
2. Monitor product delivery and process client requests
3. Help design, implement and maintain cash management services to ensure the needs of potential and existing customers are met
4. Provide training and support to customers and other bank personnel as needed
5. Coordinate and direct all wire transfer and ACH activity in relation to cash management services
6. Process check adjustments
7. Process death notifications, as needed
8. Handle customer service inquiries by telephone, e-mail and US mail to ensure quality customer service and production standards are met
9. Retain proper documents for records management according to retention schedules
10. Assist other customer service representatives and staff members by answering questions, solving problems and helping with complex work-related matters
11. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise relative to changes in the evolution of all payment systems and electronic banking environments
12. Other duties as assigned

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
 

Working knowledge of:

• Regulation E
• Regulation CC
• Regulation D

Basic knowledge of:

• Computer system
• General office equipment (copier, fax machine, calculator, etc.)
