You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Youre as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Build SAP solutions that transform clients Finance functions
• Design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance solutions powered by SAP S/4HANA and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling)
• Be part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP Transformational Programs
• Help to define and deliver SAP roadmaps and solutions
• Deliver client-facing advisory services to the IT and Finance Function of organizations: Business process Owners and Business Finance Directors
• Analyze technical and functional integration requirements
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Heres What You Need:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP Financials, including but not limited to the following modules: SAP Group Reporting, SAC, BPC, EPM, Financial Planning and Consolidations, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Controlling (CO), and/or Central Finance
• Minimum of 8 years experience leading implementations and end-to-end delivery responsibilities in a client facing/consulting role (design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical architecture)
• Minimum of 6 years experiences in Legal (GAAP/IFRS), Financial Accounting experience including FP&A, SG&A, Consolidations or Operations Accounting, and management reporting with the ability to connect with senior stakeholders
• Minimum of 4 years of Data and Reporting either as an analyst analyzing or identifying reporting requirements or building queries (Excel, BOBJ, FIORI, AFO etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience in Business Development
• You have cross functional expertise with integration with other SAP core modules like OTC, Supply chain, etc or across other non SAP systems such as Anaplan, Cognos, COUPA, Blackline, Tax tools, PAPM, etc.
• You understand the technology and how it affects their area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. California: $131,100 to $302,400

Colorado: $131,100 to $261,300

New York: $121,400 to $302,400

Washington: $139,600 to $278,200
