The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is currently recruiting to fill fiscal unit Associate Budgeting Analyst, Mental Health Program Specialist 2, SG 23, position in the New York City Field Office. The incumbents will be assigned to the Fiscal Unit within the Field Office.
FUNCTION AND SCOPE
The NYCFO Fiscal Unit is responsible for administering over 250 contracts with community-based organizations and hospitals for Mental Health programs. The Unit is also responsible for evaluating financial viability for OMH licensed programs; scoring RFPs; and working with LGU on State Aid Letter allocations. The selected candidate should have great written and oral communication skills, is organized, and detail oriented with the ability to work well in teams and independently on multiple projects.
