Being a Top Budgeting Executive implements operational processes for the annual budget and capital planning. Establishes performance indicators used to evaluate and analyze actual performance against budgets. Additionally, Top Budgeting Executive leads the development of budget planning and forecasting tools to support management decisions. Presents budget data to senior management and/or board.
