The Executive Secretary provides administrative support for a senior level executive and assists with operations as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associate's Degree in related field or specialized secretarial training required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years secretarial experience required, minimum 3 years at a senior level.
Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required. Proficiency with computer applications required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment on an occasional basis, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury.
Position requires desk/computer work for a majority of the time. Requires some walking and standing and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Position requires increased amounts of repetitive motion with regard to typing.
