Position: Security Officer
Schedule: Full time and Part-Time available, WEEKENDS required.

Pay Rate: Starting at $13.00 hourly.
Must have:
Signal patrol officers must be ALERT, engaged and proactive. Officers must be able to conduct a variety of vehicle AND foot patrols on site, must be comfortable responding to issues on site, contacting local emergency personnel as needed, must be able to appropriately support Signal and client property management with issues on site, must be able to complete DETAILED reports including explanations of observations, property activity including clear photos, respond to calls, interact with activity and individuals on site and monitor actively for unusual activity on site.
Applicants must have good customer service skills and the ability to interact and communicate proactively with others. Must be observant and detailed oriented in order to report any activity that could be described as unusual, keep track of systems and vehicle traffic in-and-out of the property, effectively verifying tag numbers and driver's license of incoming/outgoing vehicles. Must be interested in and able to work on foot requiring walking/standing as a part of the job duties.
Position Summary:
A Signal Dedicated Officer will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety.
