Compensation:
The Executive Assistant at CCHS serves as the face for the Administration building. You will work alongside the Executive Team to ensure that projects are completed and the day-to-day is managed. This position will be responsible for contract drafting and management, written and verbal communication via letters, emails, phone, and person-to-person, and meeting coordination and facilitation. As the Executive Assistant, you will work with all departments, employees and board members of CCHS, contributing to an environment of teamwork and positive relationships.
To succeed in this position, you will need demonstrated effective communication, written and verbal. An individual in the Executive Assistant role will have great time management and self-motivational skills to remain efficient. This position will interact with patients, employees, and community members to help direct them to the proper service or department, following up with proper communication to ensure completion.
