    The Administrative Supervisor will partner with the Administrative Manager to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Administrative Supervisor will partner with the Administrative Manager to developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks. The individual in this role is a willing and quick learner, as well as a self-starter with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks, simultaneously with little or no supervision. Previous experience in busy Will Call or Cash Reconciliation roles along with previous supervisory experience is preferred.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing general office operation, including Will Call and Route Reconciliation
    • Customer Database Management
    • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
    • Partner with Administrative Manager in developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
    • Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way
    • Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
    • Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
    • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
    • Evaluate and manage staff performance
    • Recruit and select office staff
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
    • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

    • Extensive Administration experience.
    • Strong organizational and good time management skills.
