  • Position Summary
    The Branch Administration Support team member is responsible for providing ongoing support to the banking centers for teller operations and new accounts activities. This role involves the developing and implementing of processes to support the Bank’s unparalleled service, as well as assisting each banking center with staffing needs.
    New Accounts Duties and Responsibilities
    • Assist in writing and implementing new account policies and procedures.
    • Assist in updating and maintaining the New Account Manual.
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining new account custom forms using the I32 Forms Design program and Business Process Manager (BPM) Administrator.
    • Provide coverage for New Account Representatives, as needed.
    • Assist in training employees in new account procedures.
    • Make necessary disclosure changes within the I32 Forms Design program and BPM Administrator.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BPM, including creating a case, if necessary.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Deluxe check ordering, including creating a case, if necessary.
    • Provide new account support for banking centers.
    Teller Duties and Responsibilities
    • Provide coverage for branch managers or tellers, as needed.
    • Assist in writing and implementing teller policies and procedures.
    • Assist in updating and maintaining the Teller Standards and Procedures Manual.
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining teller custom forms.
    • Assist in training employees in teller procedures.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Integrated Teller, including creating a case, if necessary.
    • Assist in inputting and maintaining Savings Bond information for interest reporting purposes.
    • Provide teller support for banking centers, including auditing teller cash drawers, as needed.
    Other Responsibilities
    • Continuous review of procedures and policies to create efficiencies.
    • Provide training for unparalleled customer service and a positive banking experience for customers.
    • New product training, support, and implementation, as needed.
    • Update bank rates, as requested.
    • Pull custom reports, as requested, including Viewpoint and other system generated reports.
    • Assist in creating efficient processes regarding CTRs.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Assist in weekly communications meetings.
    • Comply with federal and state regulations and all established bank policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Sound knowledge of general bank operations.
    • At least five years of bank operations experience.
    • Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
    • Ability to type, use a computer efficiently, and use a 10-key calculator.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle frequent interruptions while working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Position requires a flexible work schedule Monday through Saturday.
    • Must be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties.
