The Branch Executive Director at YMCA of Greater Seattle stewards the Y’s cause, promoting and protecting the brand and reputation as a global, inclusive organization within the community. The Branch Executive Director oversees the operation of the Y and participates in volunteer and staff development, financial development, and collaboration with community stakeholders.
The branch executive is responsible for the successful management of the day-to-day operations of a branch in one of the largest YMCAs in the United States. The position is also responsible for membership engagement, program delivery, fiscal management, financial development, branch advisory council development, community outreach, and diversity, inclusion, and equity culture building for the service area in conjunction with the District Executive and Centers of Excellence.
