Additionally, Top Benefits Executive requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. This is a hybrid/remote position with a requirement to live in California and have experience in the California insurance market for large group.
Position Summary
The account executive is responsible for the ongoing management of a benefits book of business. In this role, you will work closely with clients, carriers, vendors, and Producers to deliver and manage each client’s group benefits package. This includes ongoing service, marketing, renewals, compliance, and strategic planning.
